Volunteering and Internship
At OneLife, we recognise the need for volunteers in both their potentials to contribute to the work we do and also build their own capacity. Interested persons who share our vision are encouraged to volunteer their ability and time with us.
However, there are currently no internship opportunities with OneLife. Our internship programmes when available is for a two-month duration during which interns are absorbed into our work culture and skills are also transferred to the intern through the work process. Voluntary membership and internship are activated upon successful assessment. Interested persons/groups can make such enquiries by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes! We need and can use all the support we can get. We are not a passive voice in development; it therefore means a lot to keep getting our voice out there, even when we may have a flu and sore throat! Donate tweets to us by retweeting @onelifeng or tweeting about our activities at OneLife Initiative for Human Development. Even when you forget to mention our handle in those tweets, don’t worry, we would find them and retweet. We would also be glad to have you share our Facebook page (OneLife Initiative) and status updates with friends, colleagues and other development workers.
- KultureImage donated the organisation’s logo as a mark of support for our work. Owned by a pharmacist turned graphicist, the organisation is a delight in entrepreneurship.
- i-Solution is one of OneLife’s biggest support, providing expertise liberally in terms of our prints and newsletter production and other display pictures and designs which the organisation continues to use for its interventions. It is also a growing micro-enterprise initiative.
We are continually on the look out to expand our reach and intervention influences, peradventure you want to further support any of our projects or the organisation’s vision, kindly feel free to reach us through email@example.com or any of our other contact channels. We are also disposed to discussions and ideas within the bracket of the three thematic areas we work – Micro-Enterprise Development, Governance and New Media Culture. You are just a single tweet away from us!
