We had some interesting feedbacks from our state-l We had some interesting feedbacks from our state-level participants as they went about their campaign on the movement for good to end Female Genital Mutilation. We came to the realisation that there was a clear divide between generations where the younger generation we eager to end the practice while the older generations are divided between some who are indifferent about the practice ending and those who still hold the opinion that the practice should continue because it is our culture. Women should not be denied pregnancy services by any reason, including cultural or religious ones. A woman's body is at its most vulnerable during pregnancy and childbirth, so she needs to be monitored closely for the safety of herself and the baby.
