1. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer
Job Role
- Manage and oversee the effective monitoring, evaluation and learning of all organisation’s projects and activities
- Support and advice on monitoring and evaluation of projects and activities;
- Work closely with the project officer and other project team members to maximise excellent productivity on every projects in the thematic areas;
- Design and monitor project work plans, log frames, initiate and oversee research and data collection for all projects and activities;
- Assist in internal evaluation and quality assessment of project data;
- Maintain the project database for learning outcomes;
- Work with staff from various projects to review project performance and project against established baselines and annual indicator targets;
- Supporting other project activities in the organisation.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
- A first degree in any related field;
- M&E Enthusiast with at least two years analytical work experience in monitoring and evaluation in the non-profit sector;
- Demonstrate experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, and M&E Systems;
- Experience working with donor-funded projects;
- Ability to work comfortably with major Microsoft suites, Google products and data collection and analysis tools.

2. Talents and Culture Officer
Most organisations call this role HR! We call it Talents and Culture. Our biggest resource at Onelife Initiative are the amazing team of young people across the country who work with us as Staff, Interns, Volunteers and even Externs sometimes.
We are therefore looking for a skilled personnel who can own the entire process and manage these human resources as we also gradually begin to the use of a HRMS that fits our model.
If you are a people person and you can support us to navigate the nuances of Gen Z and also think you can manage a 60 year old intern, then we’ll like to have you on our team.
Job Role
- Coordinate recruitment, selection and placement of staff, identifying the organisation’s needs and culture;
- Manage Human Resources of the organisation including performance appraisal, reviewing, implementing and updating of human resources policies and processes;
- Support other areas of operations of the organisation;
- Represent the organisation at meetings and other administrative functions.

3. Programmes Officer II, SRHR

Job Description
- Assist in designing and developing programme strategies focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
- Ensure SRHR projects align with established work plans, timelines, content, and expected outcomes.
- Support activities to increase demand for SRHR services among adolescents, young people and women of reproductive age in Nigeria.
- Develop and submit technical reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals, and other publications in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of SRHR programme activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree in health, social sciences, or a related field (a master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SRHR programme support or implementation within an NGO or social enterprise.
- Demonstrated understanding of SRHR issues at national, regional and state levels.
- Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, proposals, and session delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.
Fluency in Yoruba is mandatory due to the local context of assignments.

4. Accounts Officer II
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer II to join our Admin and Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional accounting experience, with prior work in a non-governmental organisation (NGO) considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software and Excel is essential, and the candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision under the guidance of the lead accountant. We strongly encourage young women to apply.
Our Ideal Candidate —
- Holds a first degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Has 1-2 years of professional accounting experience, preferably with a non-profit.
- Possesses working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
- Demonstrates strong organisational and critical reasoning skills.
- Is between the ages of 21-35 years (as we primarily work with young people).
Job Role
- Timely preparation of all internal and external financial reports, including internal and external financial retirements.
- Ensure that internal financial reports are generated accurately and disseminated in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update internal accounting controls to meet global best practice standards.
- Ensure the organisation’s financial system operates efficiently to process financial information and generate accurate reports
- Ensure all program staff comply with organisational financial policies, procedures outlined in the Accounts and Finance Manual, and any additional donor compliance requirements.
- Collaborate directly with Program Staff and the Executive Director on project budgeting and general financial planning
- Oversee all aspects of cash management, including monitoring accounts receivables, processing staff payroll, managing debt collection, and handling pre-payments.
- Coach, appraise, and supervise interns assigned to the finance team while being supervised by the Accounts Officer I
