JOB VACANCY: FRONT DESK OFFICER (FULL-TIME, ON-SITE)

Onelife Initiative is looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our team immediately. This is an entry level role for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who can manage our front office and help with daily administrative tasks. Minimal or volunteering experience in similar capacity and good people’s skill is an edge for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the organisation’s front desk and handle walk-in interactions
  • Receive visitors professionally
  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth communication flow within the office

Requirements

  • A degree in Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
