Proposal and Report Writing Training (22nd – 25th September, 2020)
One of the major challenges in the non-profit space is putting together a good proposal.
The response to a proposal also keeps the heart of the entire team beating. Will it be a Yes or a No?
Some experts have mentioned that for every 10 proposals written, if there’s a positive response for one then the organisation is doing well!
Yes, you read well. 1 out of 10 is a good result.
The real question therefore is how does one write a good proposal?
How does one put together a proposal that is good enough to attract the attention of a funder?
On the other end is also the documentation of what is done.
It is important that this is properly captured in a way that the donor understand how their resources have been expended and what the milestones are.
For 4 days, we will be having an expert, Ms. Ibidunni Adeniyi facilitate the workshop.
It is a hands-on workshop as we will be writing a proposal in the course of the session. We will also be reviewing previous proposals.
You can come with one of your previous proposals that you thought was well written but you were turned down.
Participants are also requested to come with previous reports for feedbacks.
It is intensive and will be from morning to late evening. You will also be needing your laptop at the training.
Come COVID-19 compliant all through this physical training.
Training fee is N20,000 only.
The daily sessions start at 8.30am.
The session ends at 7.00pm daily with a two-hour break in between.
