Role: Talents and Culture Officer (HR)
Type: Full Time, On Site Role
Location: Bodija, Ibadan.
Onelife Initiative is seeking for immediate employment an experienced HR staff to manage the talents and culture of the organisation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree and or professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM), Business Administration, or a related field;
2. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in HR preferably with non-profit(s);
3. Proficiency in use of Microsoft office tools and HRIS platforms is highly desired;
4. Experience in office operations management, compliance and volunteers management is desired;
5. Excellent communications skills.
