Role: Talents and Culture Officer (HR)
Type: Full Time, On Site Role
Location: Bodija, Ibadan.
Onelife Initiative is seeking for immediate employment an experienced HR staff to manage the talents and culture of the organisation.


Qualifications


1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree and or professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM), Business Administration, or a related field;
2.⁠ ⁠The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in HR preferably with non-profit(s);
3.⁠ ⁠Proficiency in use of Microsoft office tools and HRIS platforms is highly desired;
4.⁠ ⁠Experience in office operations management, compliance and volunteers management is desired;
5.⁠ ⁠Excellent communications skills.
